Yes—contact us ASAP. Cancellations or changes inside the cut-off may incur fees (see Terms & Conditions).

Small–medium building materials: timber/sheets, plasterboard, tiles & grout, cement/mixes, pipes & fittings, conduit/electricals, fasteners/hardware, paint/consumables, tools & small equipment pickups.

No dangerous goods (e.g., gas cylinders, bulk flammables, explosives), loose bulk aggregates, or items exceeding our size/weight limits. We may refuse unsafe loads. See Safety & Compliance.

Pick Small (car/4WD/roof racks/trailer) or Medium (van/ute/canopy). We’ll confirm and adjust if needed. See Delivery Types for specs.

Yes—within posted limits. We’re trained in load restraint and careful handling. Add edge protectors where possible.

Yes—select Two-person lift and/or Stair carry in extras (surcharges apply).

Yes. Provide store name, order/PO number, and pickup contact. We also handle in-store purchases with your payment instructions.

Hardware, timber, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, tool & hire stores, and more. We’re not affiliated—we collect your orders and deliver to site.
