  • Bookings: name, company/ABN, email, phone, pickup/store details, order/PO numbers, site address and contacts, access notes/photos, materials list, timing, vehicle/extras preferences, billing details.

  • Supplier enquiries: company details, contact information, locations, volumes, SLA preferences.

  • Waitlist & contact forms: name, trade, service areas, contact details, communication preferences.

  • Driver applications: name, contact details, suburb, licence, vehicle/rego, insurance, ABN, availability, experience, optional white card; document uploads.

  • Payments: processed via a third-party provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data (IP address, browser, OS, pages viewed, timestamps), approximate location, cookies and similar technologies, error logs, and security signals.

Information from third parties

  • Suppliers or stores (order status/verification).

  • Payment and fraud-prevention providers.

  • Provide services: accept and fulfil bookings, coordinate pickups/deliveries, send confirmations and proof-of-delivery (POD) photos.

  • Supplier partnerships: scope routes/SLAs, schedule, and report performance.

  • Driver onboarding: assess applications, verify documents, schedule orientation, manage runs.

  • Payments & invoices: process transactions, send invoices/receipts, manage accounts.

  • Safety & compliance: load restraint and site safety processes; incident logging.

  • Security & fraud prevention: detect, investigate, and prevent misuse.

  • Marketing & updates: with your consent or as permitted by law, send service updates and offers (you can opt out anytime).

  • Legal obligations: record keeping, tax, responding to lawful requests.

  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality.

We do not sell personal information.


6) International transfers

Some processors or servers may be located outside your state/country (including outside Australia). Where required, we implement safeguards such as contractual protections to ensure your information receives an equivalent level of protection.


7) Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, and to meet legal/record-keeping obligations:

  • Bookings, invoices, POD, operational records: typically up to 7 years.

  • Driver applications: typically up to 24 months (or less if you request deletion where applicable).

  • Waitlist/marketing: until you opt out or request deletion.

  • Supplier enquiries and route records: as needed for the relationship and compliance.


8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit where supported, access controls, limited retention, staff/contractor confidentiality). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please take care with what you share in forms and emails.


9) Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and request correction if it is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.

EU/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR)
